Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All PotterOnesies branding, logos, product designs, and site content are the property of PotterOnesies unless otherwise noted. PotterOnesies is an independent, fan-inspired brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Warner Bros. Entertainment, JK Rowling, or the Wizarding World franchise. Our house-themed designs are original interpretations inspired by wizarding-school fan culture and are not official merchandise.

5. Limitation of Liability

PotterOnesies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
