Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because PotterOnesies onesies are made to order as part of a pre-order production run, production is committed on your behalf the moment you order. We're unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

The one exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you in full. To request this, contact us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window unfortunately can't be honored.

No Cancellations or Changes

Once an order is placed, we're unable to change sizes, houses, shipping addresses, or cancel the order — production begins shortly after checkout.

Sizing

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. Incorrect size selection is not covered under this policy.
