Shipping Policy

All PotterOnesies orders are made to order as part of our pre-order production model.

Production & Dispatch

Your onesie is produced as part of an upcoming run and ships within 6–8 weeks of your order date. As soon as your order leaves our facility, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimums, no exceptions.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to the address you provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 8 weeks of ordering, please contact us.

Delays

Because each run is made to order, occasional production delays can happen. We will always email you if your order is running significantly behind schedule.
